- Salt Lake City purchased the Fisher Mansion property in 2007 to acquire the final easement to complete the Jordan River trail. The property includes a Victorian mansion built in 1893 by architect Richard Kletting (designer of the Utah State Capitol), a carriage house, and the grounds. Following an extensive outreach process to solicit community suggestions, the Salt Lake Solutions Partners Team will decide the renovation and re-use of the buildings and grounds that will be feasible and responsive to community wishes.
